- Identification of the novel and non-obvious aspects of the Applicant’s invention based on the results of the search of patent and scientific literature.
- Draft independent and dependent claims based on the presumed novel and non-obvious aspects of the Applicant’s invention.
- Prepare a specification that aims to provide written description and enablement support for the pending claims.
